Shipping and Return Policy
All products are processed and prepared for shipment within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
- Large Items: Shipping costs for large items will be provided upon application. Please contact us directly for a quote.
- Small Items: A flat shipping fee of $25.00 applies to small items.
- Orders Over $600: Free shipping for orders exceeding $600.
- Shipping Provider: We use Australia Post for all deliveries, and tracking numbers will be provided once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Destination: Shipping is available within Australia only.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 week of being placed.

Return and Exchange Policy
- No Returns: Clothing and footwear cannot be returned for refunds unless there is a defect or error in the order.
- Size Exchange: We accept size exchanges for clothing or footwear if the item is unworn and the original tags are intact.
Refunds
Refunds are available only if the product does not meet your needs.
Customers must contact us prior to sending back any items to confirm eligibility for a refund.
Refunds will not be processed without prior confirmation.
